Oh wow. I think I’m sharing the load and then I read your excellent piece. I can do better. I will do better. It’s about owning the full task, not just doing the minimum, so the other partner doesn’t even have to think about it. That’s what you capture here so well. Thanks and keep it up.
Words cannot adequately describe how much I enjoyed reading that. My oldest daughter actually said, “mom what are you smiling about?” And I giggled when I said “permission slips.”
I read this yesterday and loved it. Then today, my partner asked our daughter if she had a permission slip from her new camp in her backpack, got it out, signed it and put it back, making sure she knew where it was! How did you make this happen?? And can you put more ideas out into the universe please?!
This post is incredibly written, so no negativity to the author. It just feels so sad to me that having a man do basic things to keep a family/household running smoothly is SUCH a turn on, because it’s so so so rare.
Hahahhahaa I wish I was half the man this man was. I wish could interview him though! Sounds like someone I could learn from. This is the kind of foresight I want to have. Maya also find these acts of service “pleasing” too lol
So men are doing what women have been doing for decades? But they’re extra hot when they’re doing it because they’re men? I think I’m autistic, is this satire? Please tell me this is satire.

I love this, Piers! I think satire sometimes has the ability to explain/reveal certain truths that are hard to see otherwise.

Thank you for that.
I thoroughly enjoyed writing it, so glad to hear it amused at least a few other people too! 😜
That’s so wonderful to hear! I’m glad you enjoyed it so much.
This is the funniest thing I've read in ages! Masterful. Hilarious.

🤣 That's so funny! Maybe he saw the story in your reading history??
Nope, it was all magic!

I 100% agree! That's why I love satire as an art form because it leverages humor to bring biting truths to light.
100%
Hahahahaha! This is fabulous. 💋

You could be at the forefront of the new sexy! I swear it's going to become a thing... I'm waiting for the entertainment industry to get my memo. 😜

Yes, this is both satire and pure fantasy.
Thank goddess 😂
Do such men exist? Where can we find them?
I am peeing after reading this. Thank you for that.
Fabulous and fun! Thank you!
I'm smitten
This made me giggle and then belly laugh 🤣. Absolutely head over heels with men who sign permission forms + this article.
I don't think Hollywood has gotten the memo yet that men who sign permission forms are the new sexy, but we moms are always ahead of the trends!
